I purchased a 47kg gas bottle from here on 16/6/19 costing £75. On 30/10/19 said gas bottle ran out. I arranged for the connections to be checked and everything appeared fine so I approached the garage. The elderly assistant advised me 'I'd got a leak but I could have another for £50.' I declined as this was not acceptable. We agreed he would supply another free of charge but he wanted to come to see connections. He'd been quite rude but I knew there were no issues so I agreed a time the following morning, ' as he stated he needed help because he was a 'spastic.' I was surprised at such language and wondered who he intended to bring. He never showed up. I could not make contact with the garage because the landline advertised was disconnected. I drove to the shop and the elderly female assistant was vague and admitted she knew he was due to visit but hadn't and he wasn't there. I then felt the only way forward was to request a refund. The assistant said she couldn't and I asked why. She questioned my purchase even though I'd provided the relevant purchase confirmation and then got her paperwork out and had to admit she'd sold one that day. She then said she had a Doctors appt and I added that was not my concern. I'm assuming the young teenager at her side was running the garage during her absence. I was committed to a refund and she said she would call her daughter. A car eventually arrived and the 'daughter' appeared along with 3 adult males including the elderly man from the previous day. The women left the shop, leaving me with the 3 males and the young teenager. The old man said he hadn't come because he was busy and after consideration, he would not give me a refund, telling me to seek advice from my Solicitor. The 3 adult males stood behind him watching like his henchmen. I believe I was sold a returned bottle as it was green with algae and not in the locked security cage. I've used this size gas bottle for 15 years and they usually last a good 2 years. Whilst I was in the shop I noticed that some of their perishable stock was 2 months out of sell by date. I would not recommend anyone, particularly females, use this business for their own safety. After taking legal advice, I have agreed to a full refund. We are so lucky to have amazing shops in Woodhall Spa and I always try to support them, I won't be back!
So as I was driving around woodhall spa I stopped at this garage to buy something to drink.as I was entering the shop ,there was a man who was sitting behind the counter. He said to me NO I DONT WANT YOU IN MY SHOP!!! GO. AWAY. So I asked him Why. He said I don't want you in my country, go away . And I said I only want to buy a tin of coke that's all , he in insisted I go out of his shop. I am shocked that there are people who are full of hatred towards foreigners. And I asked him if he goes to other people's country he stupidly say yes,I asked him why do you go to their countries then? He couldn't give answers.i must say I did not expect it at was jus shocked and horrified.

Great at removing unwanted obstacles from under cars and any thing else you need.
Racists shouldn't work with the public. They should stay at home, behind closed doors, so that no one has to put up with their small minded, ignorant attitudes.
