After filling with petrol and getting a coffee with no large cups as member of staff said no large cups available. I did went to pay, such did took a while and when I returned the coffee machine, machine was cleaning. When alerting the staff I just lost my coffee, I was informed they do not refund and I will need to pay again for coffee. The member of staff said was my fault I lost the first coffee, because the machine start cleaning. Never heard such thing from any petrol station before. Never again lesson learned.
Nice little petrol station in Bracebridge Heath, never too busy, nice little selection in the shop inside. Theres a car wash, tyre inflator and a hoover too. Also you can collect Nectar points. Winner
Great little garage and has the cheapest diesel I have found. Staff are always polite and friendly.

It’s a petrol station. Occasionally busy, never been without fuel whenever I have visited
Best priced fuel around, and the staff are friendly. It's close to a Travel lodge, Burger King, KFC, and has a Subway inside the shop. There is a car wash situated near the petrol station. Very good location, and ease of access, close to main roads. There are no toilet facilities in the petrol station, but there are good places nearby as mentioned that do.

Not about the garage but bought milk two four pints late Thursday. Opened first one and used it for the babies bottle. In the morning the next day it was off. Opened the next one also off. Couldn’t get back to the shop the Friday. So called Saturday morning and then returned the milk to be told we couldn’t have replacements or refund as I should have returned it Friday. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t go there again for fuel or the shop. It won’t make a difference to them I know but it’s very disappointing when the milk was for the baby.
Yeah decent enough. Staff always polite and helpful. I can get fuel there which is an added bonus for a petrol station
Always go here for my supreme 5 petrol as nearnest one to me, only comment is, I can never get to exact price it's always a penny or 2 over lovely staff
