Nah, old, grimey, dingy. Needs a renovation, especially being one of the most used on the network. Nothing much more of note, apart from the fact they popped a Sainsbury's in it, which us possibly one of the only redeeming factors for me.
It's a metro station that's an interchange . Has a cafe Nero and a sainsbury's so mustn't grumble.
The busiest station by far on the metro network which has retail outlets on the sub level and is in the heart of the city and allows Interchange between the two lines Can be maddening and crowded at busy times
Would love to fo up the top of the Mounument dont know if they still do tours
Good, easily assesible, clean metro station serving the shoping area of Newcastle, and night life. Quite close to the river
