Left at unloading point for over a hour now and still waiting. Tried to use the phone on the wall but no one answering. BEEN IGNORED. Wouldn't be so bad if someone came out to see or let me know whats going on????
Whilst there is a Cadbury’s Shop on site, it is for current or past employees only, plus only opened one hour/day. The factory does not provide tours and only manufactures cocoa butter which is then transported to Bourneville Cocoa for further processing and product generation.
Friendly staff, loaded really quickly in and out in less than a hour.
They always keep you waiting when trying to do a delivery
Cadburys have always taken care of others and employees enjoy just like a big family
Slow to unload, always seems to be full of products ordered.
Excellent. Treating very well when collecting today.
My husband works there and only employees are allowed in so can't tell you. Sorry!
