I personally would avoid these solicitors at all costs!!! as all theyre intested in is keeping people in prison, not pushing for parole hearings , kept my partner hanging on for months and months without any correspondence or contact,constant lying.from them. infact very unprofessional of them, and a wee bit of advice!!!! if youre probation is in wrexham ... DO NOT GO FOR THESE SOLICITORS, as they work alongside wrexham.probation and the police!!!!!.
I cannot rate my solicitor Sean Rolinson highly enough as an adult with additional needs court preceding can be traumatic but his professionalism and his compassion and understanding made it so much easier to get through he went above and beyond to reassure me and get me the best help he was patient and helped me to understand what was going on as I need things explaining a lot but he would leave me feeling calm and reassured knowing he was doing all he could to fight my corner and to be my voice would recommend him to anybody
I can't praise GHP legal enough for helping me through a very difficult 18 month period in my life involving lots of very daunting court hearings. I was always put at ease beforehand by my solicitor Nathan and his team who always acted very professionally and ensured that I did not need to worry about anything . They took care of all the documents, information etc that was needed taking a big strain off me personally . They have been an essential element in helping me rebuild my life and so I recommend anyone who needs a solicitor to contact Nathan @ghp. He will give honest and unbiased advice always !!!
AVOID Saw my Mother re. signing house over, advised her not to and sent us away sending a bill for £300 for 30 mins of chat with her. No help what so ever, I think the bill must be wrong and had to ask telephonist to get Mum out of there before the bill went up higher! PURE GREED. I don't work, Sister works 2 days/week Mum is on Pension. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE CHARGES BEFOREHAND + WHETHER SHE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN HER HOUSE OVER. DISGRACEFUL
Sean Rollinson is worth every penny. Legal advice was always on point, even if it sometimes wasn't what I wanted to hear he's managed my expectations throughout the whole process and got a brilliant outcome for us. Queries were always answered promptly and in depth and I was never let down for a court hearing or phone-call with replacement representation. I will be coming back to him in future if I need more legal representation. Very happy indeed!
They are not my solicitor, they act for my buyer. They have been excessively dilatory, blaming my solicitor for delays but I have evidence that the fault lies with them. Now they have delayed matters still further by making enquiries that don't even relate to my house!!! They think the house has a conservatory, it hasn't. They think the oil tank has been replaced and internal walls have been removed during my tenure, they have not. There is more but I won't go on - it may be the surveyors fault but it is my belief that they have attributed the wrong survey to my house; how else would they think there is a conservatory when there is none????
My experience with this firm is with the Llangollen office. They seem to only communicate via e-mail and that itself is very erratic and on occasion emails meant for other people are sent by mistake. I have been able to contact them by phone or in person so took my business elsewhere.
Mr Robert Williams and his team provided me with excellent support and guidance during a very difficult situation relating to voluntary redundancy. They were helpful, supportive and expedited the matter promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and they will be my first port of call should I have any legal issues in the future. Thank you!
We had to deal with ghp at the top of our chain! So unprofessional!
