Staff vary in helpfulness from really helpful and willing to go out of their way to being completely ignored and can't be bothered to help you. Pushing the trolley out into the car park with bags of feed has always been an absolute pain here, pot holes and uneven ground usually the feed bags end up on the ground. Shopping for feed here can be hit and miss ie sometimes out of stock and they tell you this AFTER you've paid for the item which is supposedly in their next door warehouse.
A fantastic place for pet food and general supplies for animals especially livestock, I purchased a bulk supply of chicken food and hay all at a great price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand for assistance. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store has been reorganised so easy to find products. Sadly the shelves were empty if the product I needed hence 4 stars

Excellent range of country products. I mainly shop for my two dogs. The worming and flea ranges are very competitive. We ordered two dog tags which are excellent. They are posted out to you and we received them the next day. Excellent service.
Some good specialist items here, especially if you are into horses. Prices I thought a bit higher than expected
Great service good prices and the staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. If they didn't know they go away and find out rather than fudge an answer. The best short of service. Everything you could ever want for the outdoor life. From detergents to track room, boots to high quality hats, foods and treats for your cats and dogs, even a fantastic section for the wildlife in your garden. Wormers and flea/tick treatments at a fraction the price of the vets without the need to pay the consultation fee. Go you'll be plenty surprised at the value and choice
