The staff at equip cannot do enough to help you. I went in to buy a bulb for my daughters snake viv, not knowing anything about the type of bulb I needed and Carl spent a good 10 minutes going through what type I needed. Recently I have rang them twice 5 minutes before they close in desperate need of a gas bottle and both times they have hung on until I get there and had it ready and waiting at the door for me. The best customer service I have ever come across. Ray and Carl are brilliant. 5 star. Highly recommended
