We picked this curry house as all other restaurants were full, we were hungry, it had a 4.5* rating. This restaurant is not worthy of 1*, poppadoms came instantly but were not great, funny after taste. The only dips were two mango chutneys and one yoghurt dip. No onion salad or lime pickle. I wish we left at this point. We attempted to order a couple of times but waiters were busy dealing with takeaway customers and took the order from a large group who came in after us first. We eventually managed to order and were waiting over an hour for our food. When the food eventually came out my Bombay spicy duck had less spice than a chicken tonight cook in source. A friends main was cold. The onion bahjis were a very odd red colour. The rice portions were tiny. Out of the five of us no one had anything good to say about their food.

Well always had a goid reputation. Waited over an hour for our starters and was on the verge of giving up on our main. A couple walked out after only having poppadoms. There were clearly issues here that evening. Not great.

Very good quality (lamb dhansak), interesting rice variations and lovely stuffed naans. All at a reasonable price overall
