Well there are plenty of souvenirs and clothing available and sale prices are good. Sales staff are helpful. The tea room for afternoon tea was poorly put together with only carrot cake and millionaires shortbread, scones and whipped cream ?. The tuna sandwiches were overfilled with crusts on and the ham, well least said sooner mended. The worst ham sandwich I’ve ever eaten, my dog enjoyed it on my return. The Mill is good to visit but I would eat elsewhere in Moffatt.

Good selection of all things Scottish!

Ok for short stop off,lots sale stuff,but prices put up high to make sale price look good. Its a warren in there canpass good 90 mins away,food so so,had scone it disintigrated,should have had toastie. Interesting shops in village back streets.but was chucking it down so limited to what to see

Stopped here on the way back from Loch Awe. Cafe on site & great selection of clothes and nick nacks to peruse. Really good place to take a break.

Good selection of gifts in the shop  reasonably priced cafeteria. Clean. Ample parking

Not a bad place to stop sells a lot of clothes and the tea room there was nice wife loved her viennese Whirl.

Worth a visit .plenty of bargains. Excellent Whisky Shop..not all cheaper brands some good branded goods Will call again

We arrived used the toilet saw what we wanted to buy after we were to attend the restaurant was in the queue in the restaurant and a gentleman in a wheelchair who is on the same coach we are on was in front of us at the hot food section as we wanted no hot food we went in front of him. The lady serving him snarked at us in a f.off attitude saying about us jumping the queue of our fellow traveller on the coach pointing out he was in a wheelchair making that point. unaware that I have chronic pain from a shattered ankle to fused ankle and my wife still needing crutches from a hip operation of which one she was using at this time plain for all to see. Due to the f.off attitude we no longer felt comfortable shopping not only at the cafe area but the whole shop at her attitude. The man from the same coach as us appeared to have no problem with us and before we decided to leave we went behind him but was not happy to stay after the abusive attitude. The co-op was a better option.

a great place for good value shopping, a bit to eat, and possible grab a nice whisky. The only issue is that it looks so tired these days. it could do with a nice revamp.

A very good outlet/ shop, massive selection of both male and female clothing, Scottish souvenirs, Scottish formal dress and accessories.  Ample parking and an extensive café with a menu to suit all tastes and appetites.  Close to the Town Centre and Station Park.
