Modern Tandoori Restaurant

Popped in Saturday evening , managed to get a table. Although it started to get quite busy… we were greeted warmly by all staff. In fact the staff were really pleasant throughout. Reasonable prices. Lovely food. Will definitely return. Thank you

First time eating in the Modern Tandoori Restaurant on a night out with friends, nice interior and welcoming Staff in a relaxed atmosphere. All the Food was freshly cooked and all chosen dishes were enjoyed very much with the flavours and freshness shining through...... and all at reasonable prices well worth 5 Stars,

Another excellent meal at The Modern Tandoori, this time as part of a large group celebrating a hen party. The order was all correct and everyone enjoyed their meals. Portions are generous. Friendly service. Still my first choice of Indian resteraunt in Lincoln.

The food was nice but quite expensive. We went for someone's birthday and even though we sang it 8 people none of the staff said anything or offered the person who was having a birthday a free desert or drink. They didn't even wish them a happy birthday and there was only a few others in there so very quiet.

Another beautiful meal at the Modern Tandoori. Always a warm welcome with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your meal. Even help deciding if you're not sure what to order. Nice relaxing evening in the restaurant with family and given time and space to enjoy the meal. Tasty curry that was perfectly spiced and full of flavour. We'll definitely be going back.

Really happy we found this place on our day out in Lincoln. The place is very nice, the staff were really polite and friendly. Starters of popadoms and pickles were the best we’ve tried. The mains of lamb vindaloo, one of the chef’s chicken and lamb specials, garlic rice and peshwari naan were also in our top rated Indian restaurant meals. Definitely worth a visit. 5/5 stars from us. Very flavourful meal great taste and great option for families who love da spicy

Spent over £40 on home delivery meal for the family. Advised 1 hour, actually took 1hr 45 minutes! Called twice to chase meal. Offered discount on NEXT order. Meal was not hot on arrival. Although tasty, a very disappointing experience which I will not repeat.

Excellent meal, starters and mainzs were superb, friendly staff and reasonably priced.
