Welcome to the Facebook page of Modern Living.
We have a large showroom supplying Bathrooms products & kitchens to the public & trade.
We have over 800+ styles of tiles including natural stone, travetine, marble & granite.
We supply quality laminate flooring and internal & external doors.
We offer a full fitting service for all our products.

We are proud to be a family business and family values are important to us. Modern Living’s parent company was established in 1974. From our trading roots we have gone from strength to strength and now have two showrooms and a large distribution warehouse making us one of West Yorkshires leading independents. With over 40 years of trading, you can feel safe in the knowledge that when dealing with Modern Living you are dealing with a company you can trust.

Was passing this business and thought, might as well have a look in here for updating the house. Wow the amount of choice and the quality of the furniture was unbelievable. The prices were reasonable and coming across a 6 burner hob on sale, asked a member of staff about order and delivery information. The young lady who served us was very informative on the products we enquired about. Nothing was too much trouble for her, checking the order numbers and matching the prices. After agreeing to purchase the gas hob, she went away and checked stock and brought one out and was ready to carry it out to the car for us. Unbelievable customer service, the ladies name was Amreen, due to her service we left with the item and going forward will start our search from this retailer. Nothing was to much for her. Thank you for your service

All of their products are top quality and they have excellent variety to suit all your needs and desires! Could not recommend them enough! Nick was very professional with his knowledge and experience. I measured up for what we needed and Nick did a great job with his professional advise. Nick and his team could not have been more helpful. They designed my bathroom to get the most of the small area and did a mock up in the showroom so we could appreciate the space. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again !

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Absolutely poor customer service. We went in today to get a price for a kitchen. We had a wander around and asked a few times for some help. A man with a beard aggresivley came and asked what we wanted. We explained what we needed and said he couldn’t do anything without measurements before we could finish our sentence even though we had a plan and all necessary measurements in order for them to give a price. Never been treated so rudely by any business. You’re not doing us a favour we would have spent our money with yourselves but not anymore. Never in a million’s years. Will also recommend everyone to stay well away

I Ordered 2 wall mounted radiators. They are very stylish and modern. Nick was very kind and patient. He helped me decide which design to buy which was very helpful and useful. Had a few issues with missing parts but it didn’t stop me from ordering another as i was quickly given replacements without any fuss. Excellent customer service from all the staff at modern living. I am happy with my heaters they look stunning.

From start to the end product Modern Living have been amazing. Adnan has been amazing designing my kitchen and bedroom wardrobes and fulfilling all my wishes. Patrick is the main man and his side kick putting all this together, a perfectionist should I say. He has done a fantastic job. Can not complain at all. 100% recomend you guys to anyone. Ps. Price has been far cheaper than any other big brand shops out there.

We are looking for a new shower enclosure this place has a massive showroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Modern Living provided a first-class service - from Plannig to Execution. They were there to assist at every stage and left made the entire Kitchen install a pleasant experience.
