A BIG THANKS to Harrison Bailey for fitting my new bathroom. These guys were brilliant, very professional and highly skilled. Ive given 4 stars has we had to travel to the showroom from Sheffield. Wish they were more local to us. Great Job Done!
Superb experience from the first visit to the showroom, the planning, fitting and after sales service -- we could not wish for a better finished product. Many thanks for providing us with a first class bathroom that not only looks great but provided excellent value for money against all the competition.
Aftrer a few months shopping around for a new bathroom we finally chose one from Harrison Bailey. Admitedly Peter did not provide the cheapest quote, but the value for money was just unbeatable. Peter was great throughout the sale and fitting, and David and his son were very professional and did a fantastic job in fitting it. It's such a relief to work with such a trustworthy team. I've left it a few months before writing this review, in case there were any issues, and there have been none at all. I have absolutely no hesitatation in recommending them!
After traipsing all around Yorkshire looking at all the bathroom showrooms. It was a big sigh of relief when we came to Harrison Bailey. There is so much choice, well over 100 displays, none of the other shops came anywhere near. I wish I had come here first and saved myself a lot of hassle. The staff were fabulous, really helpful and no hard sell. Thank you for a job well done.
Think twice before you buy a bathroom from Harrison Bailey. What you in need to know is that the firm went into liquidation in 2015, and were bought back by a group that eventually included the former management. It was then sold on to yet another group, and there is now a complicated management set up, with the chain stretching back to Dubai. We are still in dispute with them after buying an expensive bathroom, having their installers to fit it, and ending up with a flood while we were away on holiday which caused considerable damage in the room below, and a toilet which does not flush properly. They now appear to be trying to wash their hands of our problem and despite our sending a copy of an invoice proving their legal responsibility they seem intent on denying our rights. Yet you can still go to their showroom and see they still have staff from before the original liquidation. You have been warned.
Very pleased with the bathroom but the after sales is the worst I have ever come across. Simple problem you would have thought, just need a replacement part. 6 months on countless emails & phone calls later still no part & the company never get in touch. I would NOT recommend this company because once they have you hard earned money they don't won't to know you
I visited the show room today met Riz Omar who provided me with good advice and dealt with my enquiry , excellent service when I need a new Shower Cubicle I will have no hesitation to see him at Harrison Bailey.
We have used Harrison Bailey for the last 5 years, I have personally recommended them to friends and colleagues, everyone always has a good word to say about them. Always very professional and take good care of customers.
