Excellent customer service with best product.I ordered for shower seat online ,it was delivered and fixed within few hours.

Absolutely shocking customer services do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a Hudson and Reed bath mixer set but the valve was faulty. No phone lines open and said everything must be done by email which I did. But 5 days later still no reply.  Buyer beware.

Dreadful customer service. I just popped in to look at bathroom furniture. A chap was closing the door and so I  asked where the showroom was," we don't have one mate", and closed the door without even looking at me!.... good riddance..mate..!
