My husband has been using Leeds Model shop for many years to buy model plane kits and various bits and bobs. The service is always excellent - website is easy to use and every order is processed quickly and things order nearly always arrive the next day. Have no hesitation in recommending the shop. I've used Model Shop Leeds on a number of occasions and every time have received exceptional service. My recent order had to be sourced from the manufacturers in Germany but still arrived pretty quickly via DPD who always keep you informed. Many thanks.
Exceptional experience at this shop. Great advice, service and no hard sell. Really made our day. Me and my other half are beginners at building and painting plastic kits. The guy who helped us was friendly, experienced and very passionate about building them. Knowing that we were beginners, he recommended low cost options instead of trying to get as much money out of us as possible, like many shops would. In exchange for this and his excellent customer service and advice, we will always shop there, either in person or online. Price is not an issue either as they are very competitive. I wish all shops were like this and it doesn't surprise me that they've been trading for 70 years.
