A wonderful, aesthetic and easy to find place! Incredible food and drinks and a lot of amazing stock.
I ordered a lovely bouquet bunch of flowers for my mum, with the in house florist - absolutely stunning display- she loved them. I just called the day before & gave details of budget & discussed display options.
Went for Sunday lunch. The roast beef was delicious and plentiful. Too much for me to finish. Vegetables were lovely too. Highly recommend. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
This was a great impulsive stop, the restaurant was light and spacious. I had read a few poor reviews critical of the younger staff but I have to say the staff were lovely .nThe food was such good value , we had a jacket potato and cheese, egg mayo sandwich and a tuna melt , all came with a really nicely dressed side salad and a homemade coleslawnVery tasty unfortunately we ate too much to manage any cakes but I will say the lemon and blueberry looked amazing .nThen the delight of the outside with goats and chickens , play equipment for children etcnDefinitely good for families with young children
A disappointing visit, this will be the last time we choose to eat here. The last two times we have visited the food has taken well over an hour to arrive, today was a much longer wait. Served by young adults with no customer service, who clearly didn't want to be there. Shame as the food is good.nnResponse - we arrived just after 12.45, once we were seated we were told we couldn't order food as the kitchen was backed up, we would have to order drinks first, then once these arrived, we could then order food - this in itself took quite a while. The food arrived sometime after 2pm. This meant some of our party had nothing to drink by the time the food arrived, and no, we didn't want to order more drinks.nnWe were served by 4 different people, hats off to the young lady, who really did seem to be the only one happy to be there. The server who brought the food told us it wasn't his job to deliver food, after he tried to give it to the wrong table. Twice we had to go and chase items that were missing from our order.nnHence, a disappointing visit all round.
