Horrible, pathetic, unprofessional and horrendous service. Demanded money to be paid upfront and had to arrange for a taxi service as well. Not picking up or responding to the calls. I wonder why there is no regulator for such companies
My sheepskin rug was only cleaned with a steamer, and I had to get the guy to do it again because he didn't touch everywhere on it. Then when it dried I noticed that the stains weren't lifted so I called back to complain, and they kept declining my call, plus ignoring my texts. Don't use this company x
