Myself and a friend came here after work on Friday 8th Nov 2024. We work very close by I didn’t even know it existed. From the outside it looks closed, perhaps more lighting is needed or a light up sign however walking in we were greeted by the wonderful Abi, he seated us with a nice table in the back of the restaurant. Rocky, and Gbo as well as Abi were very accommodating. We pre ordered as we were short on time, We ordered For starters Chicken wings and Halloumi cheese sticks 10/10 Mains Loaded chicken fries and beef burgers 11/10 Yep that’s right 11 out of the 10 the Loaded fries alone were so delicious My friend ordered a Wakanda cocktail and I opted for a Coke as I don’t drink alcohol. We ended the evening with apple crumble and custard for me and ice cream for my friend. The place was nice and clean, the staff Abi Rocky and GBo were all friendly smily and went above and beyond for us. We can not wait to come back The toilets were very clean as well as the bar area and main restaurant The music was good they even had football playing in the background as a Man U fan I was impressed haha See you all soon Kels Parking: Outside is parking street parking it’s free after 6
The quality of food and price point at this restaurant do not match up. We spent quite a lot of money here for food that tasted processed, and out of a frozen platter pack from Iceland. However, the service was good and the waiters were attentive. Unfortunately won’t be returning.
Shisha was the worst one i have had ever. Favour had a nasty after taste..? The only nice thing about the hula gorl drink was the actual glass.. sorry.Food: 1/5
Something off about this place. For the total price I paid for everything total rip off won’t be back and then they had the nerve to ask why I took the service off. I’ve never been asked that before in my life. Very rude. The table to my left, I saw, got to get a refund because their shisha was flavourless; they were also getting ignored by the servers the whole time it was shocking. I had to literally call over someone for them not sure what the problem was : Table on my right returned their drink with the most disgusted look on his face, looked like a blue lagoon. Drinks tasted great for us but, full of ice good for some but not for me got about 3 sips before it was melted into a weak consistency. £31 for two drinks?! - movie night/ head over heels. Tasted amazing but not enough for me to return. Don’t even get me started on the food now. The chicken burger was the biggest joke I’ve ever seen on my life it was so flaccid and gross it was disgusting absolutely no taste and the bun had no texture for £17! The portion of chips felt like the scraps of the end bag it was so crazy this is a luxury dining experience. In total I won’t be returning I was so disappointed because I wanted more and received far than less for the price of experience. Total joke of an experience.
Food and drinks were decent. The service wasn’t the best, but it’s a new establishment so some issues are expected. The only downside to our evening was we felt incredibly rushed the whole time. The shisha was 10/10, it was smooth and not overly sweet pretty sure it was peach&guava.
Food & cocktails were excellent Highly recommend the lamb chops, and the sticky toffee pudding was divine Lovely to meet the owner and head chef.Food: 5/5
I came here for my friends birthday, when we arrived we were told to scan to view the menu which had taken us to an app where it asked us to download and then sign in which I thought was very unnecessary just to view a menu. Anyway, we ordered our drinks, food and shisha, the drinks and shisha took 30 minutes to arrive which is appalling as there was only one other table in the whole venue there was three of us btw so I was unsure on why it had taken very long. I ordered a strawberry mojito mocktail which was overly sweet, I didn’t have more than a sip. After when our food had arrived, my meal which was a ‘Mediterranean tiger prawn’ was plated well but it did not look how it did on their Instagram pictures. The meal looked like a starter considering it’s one of their most expensive meals. I really wanted to enjoy the meal but it tasted like nothing, the lack of seasoning and flavour is shocking. The fries though was 10/10, perfectly crisped and salted and my friends who ate the chicken burger had given it a 5/10 as well as the chicken buns which were 9/10! The music was 10/10, the ambience and atmosphere wasn’t really much, apart from the wall with their logo, there is not much decor. The staff were very attentive and lovely, especially the lady but I did ask one staff member to take the coal off the shisha whilst we ate and they didn’t, there were about 4 staff members serving two tables. The shisha was great, we had a recommendation of ‘valentines’ shisha flavour and it was sweet, not harsh in any way. They didn’t come around for a coal change and I had to ask for the coals to be changed. I had asked them to bring out a cake for my friends birthday and they went above and beyond playing a song and bringing out a sparkler for her birthday, that was very appreciated! The women’s toilet was out of service and we had to use the men’s room which was absolutely filthy. This is just my honest opinion on the lounge, I would rate it a solid 3/10 and I don’t think I would return again.
We went to think Yours, London and Ola for providing such a great service last week on my birthday. I also lost my camera in which the restaurant and Ola reached out to me to come and collect it! What a honourable place. The best restaurant and lounge. We will be backFood: 5/5
Told the person at the front that I'm just looking to get 1 drink. They made me go to some back room, sit down, download a menu and make my selection before saying that they actually cannot make any cocktails... Then I tried to order a spirit with a mixer but even those were brought to my table with 2 different glasses. So if you like a DIY experience then Yours London might be for you. If you want to enjoy a single stress-free drink on a Sunday evening then this is not the place. Even their music playlist was riddled with annoying ads.
Firstly, made a booking, when I arrived on time they were still setting the restaurant up. They should be up and running for customers to come through. The prices could be more affordable to match the service and quality of the food. Lamb chops were nice. The decor and music were a good vibe. Customer service could’ve been better. We were constantly rushed out as our reservation time was nearly up but this was half an hour before which was strange. Service could’ve been more efficient and friendlier. Prices are too high for a lounge like this
