Do not book this company! Nearly £400 for an end of tenancy clean that allegedly has a 48 hour guarantee, yet when you find the job has not been done properly they’re completely unaccountable to the point that there phone system deliberately directs you to an automated system after the job is completed so the only way you can speak to a person who does nothing at all to rectify the problems is to call in on a different number! Online responses take hours are generic and take a very long time whilst the clock ticks on your non existent “guarantee “. When these cleaners attended our flat was completely empty as per the companies request meaning we had moved all our own cleaning products out so we had nothing at all there to undertake the cleaning we had to do ourselves, lumps of limescale were left on the bath, which the cleaners told my neighbour who went to get the keys back from them was “impossible “ to remove yet in the absence of them returning I ended up removing it myself in less than hour with Cillit Bang rather than cleaning a dirty oven tray it was hidden in the cupboard under the sink behind a bottle of industrial cleaning fluid they left behind sockets, skirting boards and cobwebs were missed and the carpet cleaning was somewhat patchy in places, it was certainly clear whoever tackled the master bedroom lacked attention to detail! None of the above would be so bad if this company would do what they claim and come back and rectify the missed things within the guarantee period, but they are money grabbing scammers who have absolutely no intention of doing what they claim. I wish I had taken sometime to check reviews as it’s really clear I’m not the only person who’s been a victim. I would urge others to dispute credit card charges and report Fantastic to trading standards if you have had a similar experience to mine.
Update: The company has now gotten in touch and offered a refund and an apology. It was good of them to do this but it should not take a bad review online to get a response from them. I am updating my review to 2 stars as the cleaning can be good depends on the person who comes. If you do go for this company just be aware that if you have any issues you will struggle to get in touch via customer services. Original review: Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a clean with them and they arrived about 5 minutes early and I was not able to answer the door. They waited 2 minutes at left before the stated arrival time. When I complained they said they will rebook the slot for the following day. They then charged me twice for the clean stating I missed the slot and refused to refund. There were also personal items missing once they left. The customer service is shocking - you cannot get hold of anyone to complain and even when you do manage they refuse to do anything. It is a complete scam, don't book these people.Service: Carpet steam cleaning
