Gorgeous little restaurant. Delicious menu - from breakfast & brunch through to evening meals. Afternoon tea here is an absolute treat -- scones are amazing!! Staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is very upbeat, vibrant and positive. Would definitely recommend!

We ate here a couple of times this trip. Something for everyone on the menu. Some modern takes on scotch classics, comfort food, and wonderful farm to table dishes. The veg here is top notch. Also, desserts are not hard to come by on Scotland but this place delivers on that count as well. Good service and accommodating. Can get busy though so think ahead. In winter we could just walk in most nights.

Designed in a style that is both quirky and conformist in its taupe and grey colour scheme, the fare here is hearty and refreshingly simple. A scotch egg had a soft core and was luscious and moist; the cauliflower steak less of a success, which is why the impeccable waitress took it off the bill. Must go back to try the rest of the offerings.

One of the only restaurants open so early in the morning, and I tried the vegetarian Scottish breakfast and I have to say, it was the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything was made right then hence was warm and it tasted really good as well. The atmosphere of the place was really cozy and the prices were really good.

A place we like to visit anytime we end up in St Andrews. Food always good, the Cullen Skink is a favourite of ours. Service friendly and attentive and never had a bad visit.
