Customer service was ok but it was the single worst chicken experience I've ever had. I'm just grateful not to be ill this morning. My thigh piece had absolutely no flavour and tasted as though someone had opened a pack, dipped the chicken in crispy coating and the microwaved it. I wasn't confident that it was cooked through and I didn't eat it. The coating on the wings looked better but they also had no flavour. It's worth travelling down the road to Slix.

VILE. Shop stinks of blocked drains, tough chicken and chips that taste like the oil hasn't been changed for a long, long time. VILE.

Chicken was off, so was the slaw. Won't be using again.....food poisoning!

Just ordered a mighty meal on the way home from working on gloucester road. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to cook the chicken and it was NOT worth the wait. Greasy and most of it was inedible(bone,gristle). It tasted like they used the cheapest chicken they could find and coated it in miss millies batter. I also ordered and paid for a large gravy only to get home and find that it was missing. The chicken burger and chips were OK but that doesn't make up for the nasty chicken and missed item from my order. Will not be going here again, from now on will be going to the Blackboy Hill branch as they are always 5 star.
