Absolutely disgusting customer service. With prices that high for such low quality food and then to be treated like this by customer service (if you can even call them that) who can barely speak a word of English. Wouldn't be paying them another visit.

Had a, 3 piece meal and one of the pieces was like a budgerigars leg. And had to ask for the drink otherwise wouldn't have got it. Woman serving was so stressed arguing with male staff member. Apart from that was nice.

Where do I start? Well it say's it opens at 11 am, but I had to wait 5 mins, just to order some damn chicken in the cold unacceptable! The food is somewhat expensive, I ordered 5 pieces of fried chicken and chips £7, to me that's too much money! The chicken is salty, yet juicy. My Pepsi can had some dirt inside the rim, let's just say, I was non too pleased!

Good in-store customer service but don't order for delivery had some many problems of not getting food or if it does turn up it takes 2 hours for a 5 minute walk

Absolutely attrocious, food is overpriced, menu is so poorly set out and chicken is the dryest and worst I have ever eaten, prefer a SFC bargain bucket from the frozen isle in Lidl to this.
