I came in today and had the best experience ever. The staff were all so kind but more specifically Jessie. She really enhanced my shopping and helped me pick out samples. I will absolutely be coming back to Misan as I know the company has been recommend as one of the best with a variety of different fabrics. Thank you Jessie for all your help!! Xx
Beautiful pieces but the staff really ruined the entire experience, specifically the one who is short with short hair. She was extremely rude and dismissive, her attitude was horrible and her tone was condescending. For the price we paid for the fabric, I expect to have a seamless and a pleasant experience. Honestly if we didn’t take so much time and effort in carefully selecting the fabric, I would have left it. I also noticed that the reviews here are of somewhat similar experience, I do not understand why the manager does not look at these comments and make a change. I definitely would not be visiting again.
I found the shop upstair empty, trying to find support but it seems the staffs have no intention to be helpful or supportive, I was quite rudely dismissed but I found the service I need in a fabric shop nearby.

Good fabrics, nice variety and quality, a bit overpriced in my opinion. Nice staff, but quite rude manager!! He should learn some manners and how to talk to customers who are paying for his products. Not sure I will be going back for this reason...
Yes it's expensive, but at the back of the one at 52 Berwick Street, is a wall of end of rolls at a relatively great price. Bought 2.15 metres of glorious buttery silk for £47.30. The two lasses were really sweet and helpful. Definitely on my list for a repeat visit.
Absolutely love this place! Pricey but usually justifiable considering the high quality. The basement section is really affordable. That's where they keep end of roll fabrics, hugely discounted usually less than half the original price. They're usually between 1-3 m... They also have a range of leftover leather pieces, though quite small pieces usually. I've found so many amazing and unique fabrics here!
Beautiful material but terrible staff - the young lady with heavy silver jewellery in particular had appalling attitude, was getting flustered and kept telling us off when we were in the middle of actually buying the material.
Love this store! Fantastic selection, great prices especially on remnants, and super smart knowledgeable staff.
I had went there twice, emailing and calling them up the response was fast and very very friendly and helpful. Not sure if that’s because when I spend over £100 every time for my projects but in store when I’m there with my friends sourcing fabrics swatches, I get treated like a brick wall. I was around the store waiting for a staff but a staff escorts another customer that just came in with a Burberry bag and talked for over 20/25 minutes even though I was first to be served. But if you compare it to Misan textiles, whether you’re in store or not. You don’t get treated like that whosever even if you’re there to get fabric swatches or buying the fabrics or even just looking.
