Great store, friendly staff and easy to socially distance. I have no fear that they’re not properly sterilising clothes and after customers touch them.
2 weeks ago me and my girlfriend, I went in the store, we had the best service I never had. Enrico was really helpful and friendly, he Gave us really good advice which makes us to made the right choice ! We will come back definitely!!!
I can't vouch for the store experience but I can for the online experience. Website was easy to navigate and shipping was swift. Bough a sweater on the 15/1 and it arrived on the morning of the 18/1. Sweater was of extremely high quality and super soft compared to Supreme. Will definitely buy again in the future!
Two of us. Three people in the store. Security wouldn’t let us in even though it’s a large store. Covid. Interesting decision. Money to spend go to Selfridges instead
Does what it says on the tin, but not a patch on the brands stores over in italy which are way better for layout, customer service etc and don't have the security guard nonsense on the door either.
Rude staff and security guard, don’t bother going here they will treat better in Selfridges or Harrods where I know they want my money!
I went there about a week ago to try on sizes and see if a style with in stock. I was served by Abbie/Abby who was very friendly and professional.
