Never been to this vet centre before until last wednesday after my ragdoll Romeo became unwell very suddenly & had to be put to sleep. Thankyou to the vet & staff for the very fast, caring service at this very difficult time, it made the situation a little easier. RIP Romeo 2008-2019

The team at Minster Vets are stars. I needed my dog to be seen by a vet on Saturday 28th March and rang the vets who agreed to see him. I stood outside whilst they checked my dog. All conversations were via the phone so there was as little interaction as possible. When the vet had found out the problem she returned my boy to me with medicine. All carried out as safely as possible for both the vets and me. They were kind caring and patient and all this at a very difficult and risky time in our town. Felt very reassured after my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to all our pets. Take care Minster Vets team.
Outstanding! I’ve used this practice for over ten years now and always had a good experience. This evening I experienced a problem with my 8 year old German Shepard and had to contact the emergency line. Becky called me back in a flash and very quickly made a possible diagnosis of Stomach Twist which is very serious. I rushed my dog down and she was waiting for us. She quickly confirmed it could well be as she thought and along with her colleagues performed a life saving operation throughout the night. It’s still touch and go but I’m keeping my fingers crossed he will be ok. Great work!
Amazing vets, nurses and staff nothing is too much trouble, looks after my 2 dogs to the highest standards.
