We went to Minster Vets because our dog needed an operation and we weren’t happy with the information being shared by her current vets. Minster Vets were professional courteous and caring, they took over the procedure and completed it keeping us informed every step of the way, the helped us understand how the pet insurance would work, and quite honestly couldn’t have done more for us.nTo top it all they were less expensive than the vets that provided the inferior service.nThank you for looking after our pet.
Devastated doesn’t come close to how I felt last Sunday losing my 7 year old GSD. Out of hours on a Sunday at Newark. The compassion/information/kindness from everyone was outstanding. 5 days later I received a sympathy card. What blew me away was a paw print in the card. It was my dogs paw print. I can’t describe how special this is to me. Thank you guys. You’ve been amazing. Newark and Calverton staff
This practice is fine for an emergency but routine appointments are a nightmare. They’re always running behind and don’t have the courtesy to tell you they may be running late. Waited 30 minutes for a puppy vaccine this morning puppy got more and more distressed and was eventually sick. Not a good introduction to the vets for him. This isn’t the only time I have waited 20 minutes or more so it’s time to sack off the corporate vets and go to practice that isn’t just trying to maximise profit.
I had my dog neutered on 1st Sept, the staff explained everything thoroughly, they called me once he had come off the table, when he woke up and when he was ready for collection. After surgery I received 2 follow up calls to check how he was doing or if I had any concerns, I would like to thank all of them for making feel at ease knowing he was getting the best care. He has made a fast recovery and it’s like having a new dog. Thankyou Minster Team you are all brilliant
Absolutely amazing , we havent lived here long and to go to a vet who cares more about your pet than money is rare to find, our Cat needed dental surgery and was so looked after and was over half the price of our usual vet , thankyou for taking such good care of Oreo , deserve more than 5 stars
