Busy and small surgery predominantly dealing with domestic animals at time I visited. Good veterinary surgeons take time to explain and discuss treatment options without pressurising you to make expensive decisions. Very impressed with accessibility and professionalism. Like anything these days it does come at a cost but this is not the NHS with free at point if service. This is a business keeping our fur babies healthy.
Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Been here for years. Nothing is a problem to them. Highly recommended. Trust in their decisions and recommendations.
Fantastic veterinary surgery, all the staff are exceptionally professional and caring. Dan and Lou are amazing and always go the extra mile.
Fidus came inside limping with a swollen face so rung Collingham Vets and within 15 minutes I was being seen by Catherine. Lovely staff! Can really tell they care about the animals they see. Thank you again. Fidus is now lay upside down fast asleep!
I love these vets Dan and the lady that do my Ruby's nails are the best I love your practice Dan is brilliant , I love my naughty Ruby Pug like a daughter I trust the lady and Dan 100 per cent xx
My mum and I have always used this vet surgery. The staff are so friendly. Dan is always making me laugh and he helped me find a good cat food as one of my cats needs a special diet. All of our pets have been taken there over the past 20 years+ and everyone makes you feel welcome and comes to say hello to your pets. You can tell these people really care about animals and really put in a lot of effort and they always remember you.
Our old vet of 20 years plus having retired we called the practice that took over his clients only to be given the "bums rush" & told the only appointment they had was at 2.30 even though we told the receptionist our dog was very ill! By contrast The vets in Colingham could not be more helpful & considerate & offered us an appointment 30 minutes later - the lady vet who looked at our dog was "old school" & matter of fact just like our old vet & just as thorough - treated the dog & gave me some stuff to give her every 2 hours & away we went - the old downside was the cost which perhaps I should have had an injection for as well! Anyhow the dog is now a lot better- thanks Collingham vet practice - see you again but hopefully not gir a long time!
Used this place years ago when we had our last dog and there were no problems and lovely staff. Now we have a new puppy and had no doubts about going here again.
Top notch, really knowledgeable vets, all staff helpful and friendly. Would very much recommend
Great vets. We turned up unannounced due to a bit of an emergency with one of my Springers. The problem was sorted in half an hour. Very friendly people, very professional.
