I would like to say thank you to everyone at Minster Law for the help and advice while dealing with my case. Especially to Jamie Noble who I dealt with directly throughout the entire case Jamie was very helpful and informative. Every bit of advice he gave was explained in depth and I was kept updated on a regular basis the entire time and he was professional throughout and I would recommend their services to anyone needing them. My case took longer than I expected but it was dealt with In a professional manner and the outcome was what I wanted. So a big than you to Jamie and the rest of Minster Law.

I had Thomas Reall deal with my accident claim for me through Bikesure. I was on my motorbike going round a roundabout when a lorry pulled out and went into the side of me. The accident claim was put forward and quickly explained to me. I have never been in an accident claim before so didn't understand the first thing about what happens. Thomas quite literally did everything for me and explained everything step by step. It was obviously a difficult experience for myself having been put on medication for anxiety/depression due to the accident and dealing with my wife having to support me a lot more than normal. It was good that I didnt have to chase Thomas dealing with the claim. He just did what he had to do when he could do it. I occasionally emailed asking for updates but due to the nature of claims you do have to rely on other insurance party's to do parts also which can take time. As this was explained clearly I understood why certain parts took longer. I had a time line for each step of the claim and felt like it was done well. Luckily we got an offer from the liable party which I agreed too and ended the claim. I spoke to Thomas on the phone a few times throughout the claim and it was nice to have a genuine professional helping you. I honestly felt that he had my best interests at heart which I believe is rare these days! It was nice to know that Thomas was dealing with everything and you didn't have to worry about it.  Overall very happy. I will be staying with the same insurance yet hope nothing happens to me in the future! Thanks for your help!

Very professional, caring and attentive to detail plus spares no information to influence your decision on you personal injury claim. Despite having various reasons to change in my solicitor throughout my journey. Minster Law helped me make the correct decision in great timing. If you’re happy to wait for 10 months whilst these cowboys prance about, uninterested in helping you get your claim sorted, this company is for you. If you’re willing to chase them and call them on a regular basis asking for an update because they can’t be bothered to call you about your claim, this company is perfect. If you want your insurance claim to run the polar opposite of smooth and you’re happy to deal with the stress involved, this company will tick all of the boxes. If you don’t like the sound of any of this, avoid this company at all costs.

Minister law is the worst company anyone could go with they state they cover injury’s and losses. I would clearly advise to stay away from this company they is certainly better ones out there. But only if I knew then what I know now.  They don’t correspond or keep you up to date with of your case You always have to chase them for an update They give you incorrect information. You spend hours on the phone if you can get through or they don’t put the phone down on you  I have had a wipe lash claim going since 15/6/21 and it’s only just about to end the worse part about it they can’t claim a loss of a £1000 because the person didn’t admit liability at the time and I had just sold the damaged car so I traded it in with a £1000 loss or if I went through my own insurance for the damage the excess would have been £250 and my premiums go up for the next 5yrs but minister law can’t claim for the loss. So I put in for loss of earnings £1400 for a month the consultant said my injury would last a month so I didn’t work i was self employed at the time but it turns out they can’t claim that money only if I have 3 month worth of previous wage slips prior. To the injury and proof of sick ? How that works when ur self employed I have no idea.  When I spoke to them apparently my injury is only worth £500 to £1000 at the tops.  So a £1000 loss and a months wages £1400 I am £2400 out of pocket it would have been easier to work through the pain then go with a £2400 loss and a minimal offer that’s not worth anything. This company is suppose to be on your side representing you but in all honesty they don’t I can’t state in words on a review how bad this company is but truth is do not use them if you insurance advised you to use them find your own. They cause you more drama then the injury it’s self

I’ve just been through a very long and complex legal case after receiving serious injuries in a cycling accident. Minster Law and my solicitors Shaun, Vicky and Richard have been fantastic every step of the way, and have always kept me fully informed of progressor lack thereof in my case.  When you’ve received life changing injuries in an accident it’s vitally important to choose the right legal firm to look after your interests and I would highly recommend Minster Law to anyone who wants an efficient, effective and personal firm to deal with their case.

I was put in touch with Minster Law by my insurance company following a traffic accident in May. Had I known better I would have refused the offer and sought my own solicitors. In the 4 months that have followed I've not had one phone call, nor one e-mail advising me on progress and have spent hours helplessly trying to obtain updates to no avail. I had a medical assessment performed at the start of June and only last week received the report despite it being dated first week of July which itself contained basic errors. Really disappointed and frustrated by the lack of empathy, support and professionalism. Minster Laws relationship with the insurance company to obtain your business in the first instance seems enough for them and this is reflected in the complete lack of personal touch. I haven't even been allocated a case handler at this stage so every phone call is spent on hold whilst a new person reads through the notes and tries to get up to speed before handing it over to someone else.

I had Mandy Johnson deal with my case and she was extremely supportive throughout the entire process. Mandy is a brilliant solicitor and helped me through all my worries, she was always there to reassure me and would go the extra mile to make sure I was as relaxed as possible going into my trial which ended in a grest outcome. Thank you so so much for everything you have done for me

Alison Bryam was superb. My claim took two long years with my case being passed on to many at Minster Law due to the lack of response from the defendants side. I had almost given up until Alison took over my claim. She was efficient, friendly  professional and kept me informed at each stage which was just the turn around needed. Thank you Alison!
