Fantastic customer service. I have been to ask for advice to swap from disposable to refillable device and I have purchased all new kit which makes me super happy : Also recommending this shop for any queries as the gentleman who was serving had a great knowledge about devices and oils etc. Will definitely go back to shop again in Ministry of Vape :

Excellent guys, know their stuff. Very helpful explaining what I should do/expect as a beginner. No questions too silly and no problem too small. They are happy to help. They won't rip you off and they have gained a return customer in me.
Brought an Innokin T22E in April from here. The chap was really helpful and recommended it based on my budget. He even spent time with me showing me how to do things like change the coil, and set it up for me so it was ready to use straight away. He told me about not using the fast chargers, and to only use a 5 volt 1 Amp charger to charge it otherwise it would damage the battery. Been in several times for new coils and liquids and have been made very welcome in the store, and even when I've had a quick question they have been very helpful.
Awful! popped in for replacement glass which they didnt have. fair enough. So willing to buy another tank to tide me over. But staff member just not bothered. Asked for a few prices on different bit's and seemed like he plucked them out of mid air as most items have no prices. All items i asked for prices on were £10 - £15 more expensive than amazon prime items. I do prefer to use local high street but on this occasion Id rather wait 1 day !!

Not overly impressed by customer service. Bought a eGo AIO 30/05/17. This then packed up on the 17/07/17. Went into shop on the off chance they can help. Was told more than likely a dodgy charge point. Explained usage & length of time I have had it. But had no receipt so no more can be done. Fair do. I accepted that. I then return following day with receipt. Was then told I can't be helped as past their own month warranty. Having spent over £50 on products there? Kinda disappointed in service. So word of warning... Don't expect good follow on service.
Huge selection of juices; Decent array of Mods and Atomisers; Fiendly and knowledgeable staff; Comfy and inviting shop environment with a 'hang-out' vibe! I was on holiday in the area, had neglected to bring my 'build kit' and needed a new coil for my RDTA, so I found this shop and asked the guy if he could build me a new coil. I needed some juice too so I bought a bottle they had 'reduced to clear' ... coil fitted and re-wicked at no charge, just paid for the juice! Thanks dude!!
Great Vape shop. I always go here and never needed to go anywhere else. Excellent prices and knowledgable staff you have a question they give you an answer without the sales pitch
Had mod 3 days and stopped charging! Says no warranty down to user error! Been vaping 4 years I wouldn't recommend this place.. Just lost 32 quid! And we're already more money than any other vape shop! Customer service appalling
