The team at the mini workshop were amazing with my Mini Cooper s, great pricing and honest service. That’s why I also take my wife’s bmw and my Range Rover there too.
Took car to have drivers window mechanism replaced and Dan did an excellent job with it and even gave me another Cooper to use whilst I waited! Back in next week to finally get my brakes working 100% after another garage replaced loads, charged me £1,300 and they STILL need to be looked at and fixed properly by Dan and his men at The Mini Workshop!Service: Electrical
I only went here for advice as I an a mini owner the boss Dan knew everything about mini and he staff are brilliant if you got mini take it here you won't be disappointed.
Today our family day trip to the zoo was rescued by the wonderful gentleman at the Mini Workshop, this is a long post but please read......... We experienced a tyre blowout this morning about 5 miles away from Whipsnade Zoo, with no spare we were stranded on the side of the road with two young kids in the car. Roadside recovery would take a minimum of 2 hours. Not being familiar to the area we are from Oxford we did a quick check on google and decided to risk a 1 mile drive to a industrial estate where google maps told us that there was a tyre shop. We made it to the industrial estate, only to find out the tyre shop had moved. Another check on google and we decided to call the Mini Workshop on the same estate in the hope that at least they would be able to offer some advice, and boy did they do more for us than offer advice..... The gentleman not only took our wheel off the car for us, he very kindly at his suggestion let me borrow one of his courtesy cars to take the wheel to the nearest tyre shop a 30 minute round trip to get a replacement. He had even called the shop in advance to make sure they were expecting me and to ensure they had a the correct tyre in stock. When I returned with the wheel with new tyre, he fitted the wheel back on our car and set us on our way. He would not accept a penny in return, not even just to cover the cost of petrol in the courtesy car for the journey to and from the tyre shop. When we expressed our gratitude, he just replied with “it’s nice to help someone out when you can”. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced and I wasn’t even a customer! Thank you for saving our day. #KindnessIsMagic #ItsNiceToBeNice
These guys took in our R50 Cooper and took the time to find and fix the fault on our ABS unit. Excellent garage, excellent service. Thank you!
