Rude service, service was even worse when I suggested to pay by card. I was treated like muck on A show when trying to pay via card, despite how common it is now. This happened to multiple people after me. When I asked why they did not accept card, the rude man said "we accept card only". It is 2018 and with the added pressure of Brexit, businesses need to adapt and be kinder to customers, if they hope to survive. Food was bad too and also overpriced. My advice, go to a Chinese restaurant and pay less, or better yet... Go elsewhere that will offer you better service and better food for a fraction of the cost. I hope their low rating from others shows this. Very sad to see a business lose all their potential. DO NOT VISIT!!!!!!

Never had a problem, food is always fresh, hot and the delivery times are Unbelievably quick

Food was over half an hour late. When it finally arrived it was cold. Tried to ring the restaurant but the line was constantly engaged. Was it worth the wait? No absolutely not. If you want hot tasty food delivered on time I'd definitely not order from Mings Kitchen. Husbands chicken in "cantonese" sauce was actually in sweet and sour. So they didnt even get the order correct. Not really even worth the 1 star.

Don't order this place should be avoided. Given half my order got rice but no sauce food was greasy chips freezing cold who wants sweet and sour with no sauce????oder was late Driver opened the meal on my door step as they lost the order slip.there was used old lettuce on chicken balls?? Tried to ring about sauce no answer I will be looking for a full refund the meal has been wrapped back up and my husband will be making a visit tomorrow disgrace of a take away will never order again

Does not deserve a star! Ordered salt and chilli chicken and was delivered salt and pepper. Absolutely disgusting food and awful service. Would not recommend to anyone! Well and truly spoilt my Friday night! Vile.
