Friendly staff. Room number 3 was ok but tired and toilet with partition for shower felt very tight for space. No filter coffee only instant, which for me was a disappointment. Lovely location with plenty of car park spaces.

Just back from a 2night stay at this B&B. We booked as we knew the hotel and location etc and it managed to take our group that was here for a Birthday celebration. On check in we were advised of no food available on the Saturday, what I'd really like to have been told is that there was no heating or hot water available... All our rooms were cold and the only time we got heating was when we asked for portable heaters.n3 of the rooms had leaks in from the rain during the storm, the dining room flooded too.nWe ordered breakfasts and at £10.50 you expect something decent. I got given sausages that were off and told I could only have bacon. Today, I only wanted toast.....got charged £10.50 for a slice of toast as we were told it constitutes a breakfast. We were a large group and some people were coming to breakfast at different times, we were being rushed for everyone to arrive between 0830 & 0900am.nWhen we were checking out all 6 rooms bils were wrong. We'd been double charged costs of rooms, charged double for breakfasts so always check your bill.nI wouldn't stay here again, the hotel needs a revamp and some retraining taking place on customer service. It's a shame because it has lots of potential and locals have noticed the change and decline in the B&B and it's standards.
