I just had an excellent experience at the post office thanks to Payal. She was extremely polite, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. Her positive attitude made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to come across such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. I would highly recommend her service.
Absolutely disgusting service! I have ordered a parcel from outside the UK , the parcel has been safely shipped to UK Milton Keynes post office on the 28/11/25 and they were not able to look after it and send it to my address. Waiting more than an hour on the phone to be able to speak to a human being and then to be told that my parcel has been declared as lost! Very well done for losing people’s parcels.

Please pass on my thanks and recognition to Payal — she is a real credit to the Post Office team and a wonderful example of excellent customer service.
Having visited Milton Keynes post office a couple of times, I can say that overall, it is a decent place to get your mailing and postal needs taken care of. The staff there are generally quite helpful and willing to assist you with whatever you need.nBut, there is always one issue that I have noticed during my visits. There are often very few staff members manning their desks, which most if the time result in longer waiting times.nThat being said, the staff members who are available are typically quite efficient and work hard to help customers as quickly as possible.nnThey've also got self-service machines. Additionally, there are seats available for those who want to sit while they wait, which is a nice touch.
I visited this post office this afternoon and was really disappointed with the customer service. I was the only customer there, yet four staff members were by the counter—two chatting and two sitting on the floor, completely disengaged. I waited, said “hiya” to get attention, and one of the staff looked directly at me before turning back to her conversation without acknowledging me at all.nnEventually another staff member noticed and helped, but the lack of basic courtesy from the others came across as rude and unprofessional. Really poor experience.
