I normally never ever leave a post office feedback, let alone 5 stars, but Ms Shirley today was superb. It really is the little things especially during times like this where professionalism, kindness and a smile goes a long way.nnFrom the moment my number was called up, Shirley greeted me with a smile this made me ease up and relax immediately and reflect her body language. She listened to my request, handled my business in a smooth and efficient manner. To the extent that I had to take a moment and actually thank her, not just for doing her job but for doing it well and with a wonderful service. And now I’m here writing a Google review for post office because people like Shirley deserve some credit.nnI walked in overwhelmed by life, ready to face the post office and its stresses but instead walked out feeling seen to, business handled and with a smile.
Yesterday we had a very LARGE mailing to send out via the Milton Keynes post office, which consisted of over 70 parcels being sent around the UK as well as several international shipments. We were served by Sami and I have to say she was outstanding. She took our complex needs in her stride and provided efficient, friendly and expert service. We couldn't have asked for more. A couple of days earlier a young chap there provided us with advice on how to go online and pre-book our postage items and this information proved invaluable. The Milton Keynes Post office should be very proud of the remarkable customer service and talent of its people - if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
I wanted to share some feedback about Trish at the counter today. She was incredibly helpful, always smiling and worked so efficiently helping me post my menus. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she really made my day with her positive attitude.nnSuch great service!

We were helped by Mayuri, who worked with us very patiently and kindly, helping my parents understand everything completely, despite them not understanding English very well. Excellent customer service at this Post Office.
