Lovely place to go for a walk, quite a few routes, didn't walk them all, there's toilets there too, though the loo roll dispenser was empty. One of the routes crosses the Sittingbourne and Kemsley Light Railway track, the train wasn't running, but I can imagine it's great to watch it go past. Some of the Saxon Shore Way goes through this park.
Actually a really nice park on the edge of Sittingbourne / Milton. It is still fairly new so the trees that have been planted are not mature and have some growing to do. Give it 15 years or so and it should be magnificent. As it is, there are a good number of routes that can be taken around the park as well as a fishing lake. Playground: Pretty big playground with lots of equipment for children to play on. Restrooms: No restrooms that I have seen. There is a Greggs drive through just before the entrance to the park so I guess there might be toilets that can be used in there. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly which will improve as the trees grow and more shade becomes available. Lots of poo bins and even a dispenser for bags if you have forgotten one although it has been empty every time I have been there.
looking for somewhere to walk the dog and came across this place . plenty of parking and close to walking trails. Did the 2.k+ walk and what we found was wonderful. Will be back to do more if the walks soon. Well sign posted so you can't really get lost. lovely place in the middle to birdwatch. Very dog friendly
Nice for walks, there are nice views, a children's play area and a car park There is a Greggs, nearby before the entrance to the car park
Great place to walk the dog and exercise, with mostly hard paths, either tarmac around the main grassed area to hard core of shingle paths as you work your way out, wide paths for walkers and mountain biking. Central kids play area with no dogs allowed with a low fenced area. Many various routes around the park some challenging for the off-path runner or walker, to level routes for the slower walker. Large fishing lake to one side by the railway line for the Kent light railway, the park runs under the swale way dual carriageway. The main entrance is by the church and has the graveyard to one side of the park, several locations around the park allow access for free parking, wheelchair friendly, toilets by the rangers Portacabin, facing the kids play area. The maintenance of the park is mainly by volunteers who do a great job with the park ranger, have visited on many occasions well worth a visit. As an update for those who use a wheelchair the entrance by the church has restricted access with wood posts and cycle barrier, the main metal gate is locked. New entrance to a 40 car, parking area via new road by the drive in greggs pictures included
Hidden away like a secret garden. Car park currently closed so either park it on a nearby street or in the Asda a short walk away from one of the many entrances. I was quite surprised of the size of the park, plenty of spaces to let the dogs off the lead. Three different lengths of walks. An amazing park on one side and fair size lake on another. The nearby warehouses and recycling plant just adding to the drama of the park. Another country park done in Kent and this was well in the top 10.

We were late arrivingas been visiting North Kent. We were just getting the dogs in the car when we realised the electronic gates had closed at 16:00 and there was no way to exit the park until 07:00 the next day. We were camping at Bearsted. Strangers to the area Fortunately, the man who cleans the toilets allowed us to follow him closely through other locked gates. It was the MOST SCARY EXPERIENCE So please be aware if you drive into this car park the electronic gates close automatically and there is no-one to call or number to ring. I'm sure it's a beautiful park for all day and it wasn't dark at 16:00
I love going to Milton creek because it is a brilliant place to take my dog for a walk. There is plenty to do there as well as just walks though. There is a big play area for big and small people. There is also a pond to go fishing in. In the summer there are lots of blackberry's to pick and lots of wildlife. Every Saturday at 9 o'clock there is a five kilometres run round the park. It is free and a good community event. It's called park run. There are plenty of walks to do round there.
Lovely walk but if it has been raining, take your wellies. Good spot for dog walking.
