In July 2021 we instructed Andrew Milsom in Marlow to sell our house, Martine Smith was to be our main contact, by the time I returned home we already had 2 viewings booked for the next Saturday.  We found a house to buy with Martine via the Bourne End Office, this progressed very rapidly and smoothly, especially since we only saw our dream house 6 weeks before completion.  Matt Bingle from the team at Andrew Milsom and our solicitor, Gianfranco Di Franco at Britten Solicitor worked tirelessly to make sure both procedures were completed successfully for us to move in February 2022.  Martine has consistently given her time and effort in understanding all the properties’ attributes and the surroundings making sure that any potential buyers were properly briefed before venturing to view. She also gave us a brief comment on potential buyers. This allowed for viewings to take place in a timely manner and without cancellation at the last minute.  We were contacted after each viewings giving us some clear feedbacks, such a different approached to other agencies and for this we were very thankful.  All at Andrew Milsom were always willing to give as much time and support especially with the long delay between offer and exchanged on the sale of our house. This reassured us and helped us to stay focussed and confident that both our sale and purchase will take place.  Martine is selfless and warm hearted, and those attributes make her connection with any potential sellers and buyer even stronger.
