It’s no surprise this place has a 4.5 rating! My registration experience at Mill Way Medical Practice was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to track down my entire medical history, even though it was quite a challenge. They even took the extra step of reaching out to my previous practice to ensure nothing was missed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their professionalism and care!
Congratulations to the whole team working on 19th October 2024 for a very efficient and professional service concerning this year's Covid and Flu jab vaccinations. The system really did work like clockwork. Very well done and thank you always.
I recently had a positive experience with the doctor who treated my daughter’s ear issue. The doctor was thorough, compassionate, and resolved the problem efficiently, which we greatly appreciate. However, I am very concerned about the difficulty in getting a GP appointment. My daughter’s ear began bleeding, and despite my efforts since Thursday to manage her fever at home, I was unable to secure a timely appointment. I attempted two e-consults and called 28 times before reaching the practice. When I finally did, I had to wait for a callback behind 30 other patients, which took around two hours. While I eventually got an appointment at 11:25, the process was frustrating and stressful. My complaint is not about the doctor’s care, which was excellent, but about the reception and appointment management. The current system for seeing sick patients needs significant improvement to ensure timely and efficient access to medical care.
A fantastic service and under the strains and situation the NHS staff work under the efforts of everyone associated with Millway should be commended with a huge special mention to Dr Dattani who is truly a brilliant doctor. Makes you feel welcome and is great at diagnosis. Always wants to help and go out his way to make life easier for patients. The NHS are lucky to have doctors like him.
Overall great service and excellent care given to my daughter during both the initial telephone consultation and the subsequent face to face consultation. Extra special thank you to Dr Patel for making my daughter feel comfortable, listened to and providing excellent care on the day.
I recently visited this medical clinic with high hopes for receiving quality care, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a rude and unprofessional receptionist. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive tone and a clear lack of interest in assisting me. When I tried to book an appointment via telephone call, after 40 minutes waiting on the line, receptionist hung up! Unbelievable. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this clinic again and would not recommend it to anyone who values good customer service.
Making an appointment is very difficult, surely there must be a better system. You never get to see the doctor you want therefore no continuity. Car Park charges are extremely high, minimum stay is 1 hour why?, cost £1.70. Why can't we book for less time??
Consistently efficient, and very patient with complex medical needs patient. All staff are always courteous, never rushed and so kind. Dr Kavel Patel has been keeping me alive in spite of serious issues. I do not know how I could manage without their amazing support. Please cherish all of them
I have found the doctors at Millway Medical Practice to be excellent. Dr Seres and Dr Noimark in particular. So thorough, no question too much. Totally reassuring and going above and beyond. Thank you.
