they never answer the phone, cant even leave a message, just spent 20 min to fill GP consultation ,in the end it asked me to call 111. very helpful ha! really poor service.
Sometimes it takes a while to contact them, but then the level of care and attention you get is really personal. I have a lot of time and respect for the quality and competence of the doctors and support staff here.
Their receptionists include some of the most disinterested and unpleasant staff I have ever had to deal with. Meanwhile the administration and organization comes across as serially incompetent. In my eyes, a complete embarrassment of a surgery. And a clear and present danger to my health. I have now moved to another surgery.
Receptionists are extremely rude and unfortunately they destroy the great experiences we have had with the doctors the rating for doctors is 5.
