Very easy and quick. One thought that came to mind ‘why are two highly qualified doctors administering a vaccine which could be given by someone trained just to do that job? But then again who am I to ask, for I know nothing

I have always received excellent care at Crouch Hall Road Surgery. The reception staff are extremely helpful and the doctors always listen and don't make me feel rushed. Even though there are probably a huge number of patients to deal with. So expectations have to be realistic!

I recently had a terrible experience with Crouch Hall Road Surgery. I was waiting for a callback, but when they finally called, it only rang once, and I missed it. When I rang the surgery to explain, they told me I’d have to book another appointment! It’s frustrating to wait so long for a call only to be told to start the whole process over again because of a missed ring. This really isn’t a fair system, and it’s made the experience with the surgery feel even more stressful.  Giving 1 star as I can’t give less!!

The surgery is incredibly well run - everyone from the reception staff to the doctors are super professional, responsive and kind - I couldn’t recommend the surgery enough. The doctors and staff have supported me and my family on so many topics and we feel lucky to be patients. Thank you all again!

I’ve been at Crouch Hall for 4 weeks as a Physician Associate Student, Yr 1. It’s my first experience in Primary Care and I’ve really enjoyed it. All the staff are supportive and happy to help and the teaching is of exceptional standard. I plan on returning in a couple of months time as a part of my student selected placement and I can’t wait to be back.

Superb care. We took our baby here for our 8 week check -The nurses were very friendly and answered all my questions. I also saw Dr. Gad who was very friendly, and full of helpful information and tips.

I’ve been to Crouch Hall Road Surgery a few times, and unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been great. Dr Gor seems to always be in a rush during appointments, which makes it difficult to explain my concerns properly. I’ve left feeling like my issues weren’t fully addressed on more than one occasion. It’s frustrating when you don’t feel heard by your GP, especially when you’ve waited a while for an appointment. I hope this can improve in the future, as proper care and attention should be a priority.

I was placed here as a final year medical student. I have experienced many GP placements during my time in medicine and this has by far been the best GP practice I have seen and had the pleasure of working in. Dr Byran, Dr Gop and the rest of the team truly care for all of their patients, going above and beyond in the service that they provide. The reception team is very helpful and experienced and will help with any service issues that you have. Thank you all for this wonderful learning experience, It will definitely make me a better doctor for my patients in the future.  ~Muhammad

While Dr Gad did a great job during my visit, my experience with the surgery overall has been frustrating. I had a telephone appointment scheduled with a partner, but ended up speaking to a student who wasn’t able to help with my concerns. To make matters worse, I never heard back from the person I was originally supposed to speak with. It feels like the system is disorganised, and as a patient, that’s really disappointing. There needs to be more accountability and follow-through.

Have been coming for nearly 20 years and can highly recommend. Able to easily get an appointment. The reception staff is great and the doctors outstanding, particularly the amazing Dr Moross who has done so much for our family.
