Really good website but ordered two pairs of brushing boots which should have been in stock, two weeks later no contact and no boots! Emailed twice, no reply. Facebook message, no reply. Called after 3 weeks to be told they hadn't got the boots anyway and would refund. A vague apology was received. Will not be using them again!!! Need to look up the meaning of customer service....
