Reviews
Recently sent a "Safety Alert" warning that through use the handle can detach and risk of severe scalding. The company despite request for refund, replacement or repair, refuse to do anything and now ignore all correspondence. They used examples of wiper blades and tyres wearing out but do not accept that the product is clearly not 'fit for purpose' due to design flaw. The model has now been replaced by the revised design. Taking further action now but would recommend that others consider the same.
