This is a very busy and popular pharmacy. The staff are always rushed off their feet, but they can always be bothered to help and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Always clean and tidy, well laid out.
My partner has just returned from this pharmacy which has recently changed names same staff though he had given his prescription in last month but was told that for 2 tubes of prescription toothpaste it was going to be a minimum of 30 minutes wait. He said he'd go back and returned today. The same woman he'd handed it to last month then told him they didn't have his prescription. When he said I handed it to you in person last month she then said they'd lost it due to the handover. He was then told he would have to go back to the dentist to collect another prescription. Losing a prescription is unacceptable!! We won't be using this pharmacy again.
The pharmacy is spoilt by the abrupt, rude attitude to certain customers, by one member of staff.
Excellent as long as its not a locum chemist as they are mostly late to arrive
I would not recommend the service of the pharmacy section in Lloyd’s in Southwell. Rude and unhelpful!

Poor service, unstacked shelves, previous helpful staff left
