Amazing creation for my mother's birthday today. When I arrived at the shop, I had not realised I was meant to book ahead for a personalised cookie cake. Despite being so late, Chris saved the day and made this beautiful giant cookie! Great customer service skills at the Eldon Square's Millies Cookies! Thank you, Chris!!

Went to the store today and bought 16 cookies and a couple of loaded cookies. So much to choose from and everything looked so good. Served by a lovely young girl who was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!

Ordered through the website. Delivery missed the birthday date, I paid extra to get it early. Thankfully, got a refund. Then it arrived, have a look. Can’t blame Millie’s, but DHL needs to never touch your products again.

Went to collect birthday cookie and decided to change it upon seeing it. This wasn’t a problem for the staff who quickly changed it and were very friendly. Lovely staff would definitely go back

Shockingly rude employee !  rushing you while you are deciding your order and then saying you are stressed when you express your annoyance at their behaviour. Second time from a different person ! this make you regret stopping to get cookies that suppose to make you happy. Definitely not stopping at this branch again..

First, they delete all one star reviews and second, worst customer service ever. The lady with black hair on the counter behaves rudely with a lot of customers. Having such people working at Eldon Sq. is a shame for the mall itself.

I was charged £9.19 for 12 mini cookies paying via card and I only noticed as I was round the corner, wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t prove it but was charged way more for something that should’ve only cost me £4.19

I ordered through a QR code a cookie cake in the shape of a dinosaur. Shar phoned to let me know an accurate pick up time and to ask for colour choice we wanted. My son was very happy with it. And it was very tasty.
