Place is absolutely outstanding, the staff are lovely, the food is delicious and it's great value for money. Me and my friend visit almost religiously not whilst in lockdown though

Good fried chicken, fast service drunk man's drwam

Halal Chicken fried and chips, something quick for the day.  Fast food reliable and halal spot.

50 pounds worth of food, one star is being generous the chips all ended in bin, chicken burger was good, tower was great the rest of the chicken was alright. Tomato sauce was cheap, come on guys the chips are awful.

Customer service was brilliant and food was ok...will go back when in Newcastle again.

Love it, been going chicken cottage for 14 years. Never disappointed.

Me and my partner waited for the food to arrive it arrive in the end the chips where freezing cold the chicken wrap could of been better that’s was not really warm all the food was not warm won’t be ordering from there again

Yummylicious food.. every time! Chicken nuggets were the best

Arrogant customer service. Food was tasty though. Extremely terrible customer handling. Went there after work and had to wait for more than an hour to get served. Even they weren't willing to clean the leftover waste on the table.  Sanitation and its importance are given absolutely no value during these challenging times.
