This is my wife'favorite place to get cookies in London. We walked 20 minutes one-way just to go to Paddington station to get these cookies. It was a decision I did not regret! We bought eight cookies and ate every last one as soon as we got back to our hotel. The cookies are soft and oh-so-good! My favorite was the double chocolate brownie cookie. That alone was worth the walk. Enjoy your cookies. I knowwe will be going back when we are in London again.

Very polite staff and able to assist with anything you need. Daughters favourite is a cookie on a stick, so I make sure to bring one home as a treat

Opening hours wrong. Please update your hours, I arrived 1 hour before your advertised closing time to order a giant cookie and you’re closed. Meaning this evening I’ve wasted a total 1hr 20 min of travel to/from your shop, which could of been avoided!

Stopped by for some cookies today for the first time and was served by a very nice lady.

Ordered a double layer cookie on Monday for a birthday and was made really nicely!

Terrible website. Wasted ages putting an order in and then it wouldn’t let me pick a delivery date. Don’t waste your time. Try tailor bakes instead

I bought 4 Cookies and all were fresh and tasty and staff was friendly when i visited.

Staff was rude and kept hanging up phone as she said she was busy and kept pretending she could not hear me after calling on two different devices a number of times.

Lem provided great service today. He was very friendly and helpful!
