love this place, it's my go-to place for my morning break. Now that it's been renovated it's even more welcoming, full of light and atmosphere, a beautiful place right in the center of London. I always recommend this cafe because it reminds me a lot of the Italian family environment and atmosphere. The guys and the management are all super nice and always very kind and smiling! I don't want to talk about what they sell because it's addictive, from the delicious coffee and cappuccino, the best in all of London! and then all types of dried fruit, sorbets, chocolates all handmade produced by the company, in short, a little world where you can get lost and pamper yourself. Don't miss stopping by if you're in the Piccadilly Circus area next to Boots this place is definitely worth a visit! Many thanks again to those who work in the shop, for your welcome and kindness.
The yummiest hot chocolate in all of London! You must also try the ice creams and the yogurt . I got my yogurt with thyme honey and walnuts. And you must must buy some chocolates to take with you!Food: 5/5

Definitely recommend! Amazing chocolates and amazing drinks/coffees! Staff? Extremely kind! Don’t be shy to ask to try the chocolates! You can try anything before purchasing!
When I came to the place, no one told me that there were two different menus and two different prices. If you order while sitting inside, your bill will be twice as expensive. When I looked at the menu and asked why the ice cream I ordered was twice as expensive. The employee tells me that we have more than 500 customers every day, we cannot tell everyone individually. As you can see in the photos, the price of 2 scoops of ice cream is 8.80 as you can see in pictures and the price of the ice cream in my bill is 11.80.

An outstanding selection of nuts and chocolates, easily one of the best in London. The service is exceptional, and they serve authentic Greek freddo espresso. My only suggestion would be to offer coconut milk as a milk alternative in the future.Food: 5/5
Moved to a new space near the tube entrance. WOW!!! Superb layout!! Impressive!! Great selection of highest quality products. Excellent seating area upstairs Spacious , superbly decorated, equipped with a coffee bar and run by exceptional staff, excellent service. Superb coffee amazing hot chocolate Full five stars for product quality. Professional friendly and efficient staff. One of the best Freddo Espresso in the UK. Lovers of nuts and chocolate will have a field day. Quality products from Ellada. Go by even if for a takeaway, it is worth it.
Coffee is always good and the quality of their lightly toasted almonds extraordinary. Other products are a lot more hit and miss such as the complimentary small chocolates they sometimes give with coffee have really declined in quality; and the cinnamon sticks have reduced in size while doubling in price. The worst is that now that Carpo is well established in London, they have hiked their prices ridiculously £5 for a freddo cappuccino!. I will still shop here but not that regularly any more.
