Its very quite, the staff are lovely and they really understand people with passion for art. I went with a friend who didn't know anything but they enjoyed it as well. I got two rough paper books and a pen for under £10
A treasure trove of art supplies, lots of stock to choose from. We were served by a very friendly lady who was kind and patient with our amateur questions. Highly recommended.
Highly unpleasant experience recently. Have bought a canvas and few other things, when I got home I noticed that I had been charged £6 more than I should have been for that canvas. Came back to the shop next day and asked for a refund, they admitted their mistake but did not provide a proper apology. However instead of giving me a refund they stripped the money again from my card. Had to go there again to sort it out.
Perfect little but not so little shop for arts and creativity materials. The people working there were very polite and nice to me it was a real pleasure. Very tidy and very organized place so definitely worth taking a look.
I was looking for specific paints which a member of staff kindly sourced for me. Very helpful indeed
I liked the shop...you can find whatever you're searching for! but there's only one person on the counter and you should stand in a long queue to pay..
Very friendly and helpful team. Gave discount aswell with out even asking. Got what we were looking for.All the best team.Cheers.
Despite losing a significant area of their shop-space, there's still lots to be found in here. Prices are pretty decent. The only downside for me on my last visit was the staff, who weren't very friendly, barely acknowledged me at the till and were much more focused on talking among themselves. This didn't make it a bad experience, but I certainly didn't feel welcome.
Great art shop, has anything you might need and probably a little more :
I went inside just to check if I had anything good whilst on my way back from argos next door. I FELT LIKE I WON THE ART JACKPOT!! They had everything I needed as a traditional artist! Bye bye whsmith. And the lady at the cashier was so nice. So glad I found out about this place. Definitely recommend going!
