The Owners have done a great job converting an ex Harvester to a very comfortable and welcoming restaurant. The service is very friendly and efficient. There is a very good menu catering for everyone. I had squid to start it was cooked perfectly very comfortable tender. For my main course I had a 12 ounce Ribeye steak which came with onion cake, a wedge of iceberg lettuce with chips, mash or jacket potato. Also for no extra charge you have a choice of about 6 steak dressings (I had crushed peppercorn - excellent!) Also there are about 6 salad dressings (I had blue Stilton - very good). The steak was so tender I almost did not need to chew it. I must say it was one of the most enjoyable meals I have had for years. I will certainly be going back again and again

After getting a must try this restaurant from my son who is a head chef for a local bistro we thought we would give it a go. So today we just turned up no table booked and there was no problem. The waiter was pleasant and looked after us. We ordered the bistro steak and what a surprise it was lovely. All together it was a good experience. Will go there again.

Our visit this time was faultless. Service was excellent. The waitress was pleasant and welcoming. I had a bad experience last time when a young man served us. That visit was disappointing. We are regular diner's at Miller and Carter Taplow. We just pray we get good service.

Great service and staff and awesome food. A nice friendly greeting and straight to out booked table. Followed by a prompt serving of drinks and starters then the epic steaks that Miller and Carter do so well. High quality food and service at a cost most people can afford as a treat. I would happily again and again.

Great restaurant for allergy sufferers. All the staff know all the allergin information for all the food on the menu, it makes ordering simple. Food is great, note that we only ordered steak. I cannot vouch for the other foods on the menu but don't forget... It's a steak house after all.
