Been waiting for our order over 2 and a half hours now! Absolute JOKE We've called numerous times just to be told it's on its way. Still not received our meal Will never ever order again.
Last week we ordered and it took 2hr 10 mins, we rang up and they said they were busy, so gave them the benefit of the doubt, then this week weve ordered and its been over 2hrs, so we rang up again oh we are really busy its going to be another 25 mins, if you cant cope with demand then stop taking orders that you can't fullfill till you have caught up!!!, disappointed is an understatement
Usually ok, however tonight the curry's are all over the bag the pizza is cold the box its in is damp its probably been done that long the steam has affected the box wish I could put pics on here its discusting. Delivery took 1hr and 20 min when we rang up they were waiting for the driver apparently what a joke they sent other curries and a hot pizza within 15 min, shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Ordered a hunger buster, came colder than a bottle of coke not even eatable, looked like yesterdays food and tasted stale. Wont be ordering again. Waste of money.Food: 1/5
Absolutely shocking service and so called “food”! Every meal i’ve had from there has tasted either like plastic or disgusting. The very last time i order from this place! It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver food on a Thursday evening and is only a 5 minute car journey away. The pizza’s, kebabs and so called “chicken nuggets” taste dreadful! I ordered chicken nuggets and chips when in reality the chips were freezing and i got 6 small pieces of basically a rip off of southern fried chicken, don’t bother wasting your money! I’ve always personally had problems with the service and food, not a happy bunny!!!!
The food was amazing great price too and the amount you got was great definitely be ordering from here again the food quality was 10/10Food: 5/5
Ordered from here on Saturday night and was enjoying the curry until I found a stringy piece of metal, which really could have been a massive danger If I’d have swallowed it!! Called them up they said sorry and explained it was the wire scrubbing brush pieces must be coming off it, and offered us another curry, obviously I said no! Last summer my daughter got food from here which also had a fly in it, it was hot these things happen but it should not be happening their just disgusting and getting very very slack with hygiene!!! That’s twice I would rather starv then eat from here again!!!!
Waited 2 hours for our food we had to ring up 4 times after the 4th time of ringing up they finally rung the driver and said that he had to ring police for some reason then they said give them 15 minz to make some more up wen it come it wasnt even hot its was barely warm as thought its been sat for half an hour.
This is the best shop I have ever tasted chicken. It's absolutely perfect fall of the bone tbh it's a 10/¹0 no other food shop I'd rate that score... It's not possible. Cheep too friendly staff and fast food too.
Ordered and collected food from here, prices didn't seem to bad and staff seemed very nice and polite, had a calzone which did look very nice until I had a slice or 2 and realised the base was still doughy inside.
