Drawing on the same ethos of serving authentic dishes as the original Lal Qila restaurant on the famous 'Curry Mile', the Deansgate branch offers a refined cuisine in a relaxed setting in the heart of the City of Manchester.

Nice food. Nice staff. Not too expensive. Very quiet on a Wednesday night.
Authentic Indian restaurant! Nice ambiance, decorated all red in colour, so perfect for a date??lol anyways food was descent, but overpriced. I went there in the evening, manager was taking orders and serving food, not even a single waiter was there, strange right?
Nice meal, but the staff were clearing plates away on our table whilst a couple of us was still eating. I'd prefer not to feel rushed into finishing.
Lovely service and great food. The lamb and veggie samosas were lovely starters, the lamb kebabs were amazing. Chilli paneer was a lovely main to share, although a little on the sweet side. Would recommend the garlic naan.
Best Indian cuisine possible in the city. It's worth trying. You will definitely loved it.
Good food. The staff were friendly. Very reasonably priced and accommodated 2 large groups easily. The place was clean tidy and had a good feel to it.
Really great food. I highly recommend their tandoori sizzlers.
