I am not someone to leave a review, however I feel like I need to. Over the duration of 7 years me and my family have always ordered from millennium however tonight’s order shall be our last. Not only did we wait over the recommended 45 minutes, when the food did arrive it was cold. I had a hair in my chips and a piece of metal in my pizza which I didn’t realise until I ate a piece and felt it cut my mouth! When we rang the restaurant to make them aware of the metal incase a child ate this - and did not request any compensation we were passed over to who we can presume is a manager. The person on the telephone showed no remorse, didn’t even utter the word sorry and implied that we planted it there which is absolutely appalling! .There is poor customer service and the food is really NOT worth it.
Delivery slower than advised. Food not hot when arrived. Prices raised recently. Used to be great, now it's just about average. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Super delicious food Especially the burgers 10/10! Lovely fresh crisp salad The pizzas are delicious too. Also Brilliant delivery service. We often order from Millennium here in Stoke Ferry Norfolk. Very well priced for a generous portion. Thank you guys for a great service 5 stars
I was drunk and it still tasted like a pizza you microwave to cook. Absolute rubbish. Would have eaten anything how drunk I was but not this. Chips were not very nice either. Two stars for staff that seemed nice and polite. Food=0
Chips came drenched and soggy. They tasted like bleach, made me feel sick. Ordered chicken nuggets as well, there was about 4 in the box. All tasted like cheap ones you cook from frozen. Ended up throwing the lot away. I wouldn’t eat it again if I was paid to.
Has improved loads and now is our go too again!. :-
Lovely food and lovely people. Lost 1 star due to my 3 yr old not receiving her fruit shoot with her kids meal. Apart from that we are happy and will order again.
Amazing food it's fresh and good value the kids meals are nice and at low cost would recommend the burgers so nice only place we order from now
Excellent food, Poor service. I've never known a kebab to use such fresh ingredients in their food it really is lovely. However the service is horrendous and really let's them down. I've ordered 4 times and 3 of those times the order has been wrong. The first time I paid extra for jalapeños on a pizza and got normal sliced peppers. The second time we got a meal deal and didn't receive the bottle of coke that was part of the deal, I spoke to the business via Facebook and was told the next time I wanted to order to mention it on the phone. The third time I called to order instead of using the website, they offered me a discount off our order and told us they'd send an extra bottle of coke to replace the one we didn't get. Again we didn't get the bottle of coke, we told the drive and he begged us not to call the shop because he'd get in trouble and that he'd bring us a bottle later on or the next day, we gave him a chance but he never brought us one. I contacted to store about this on Facebook again and they've not bothered to reply for over 3 weeks now, the last time they replied in minutes. The service is so bad which really let's them down as the food is some of the best kebab food around, sadly I won't be ordering again.
