Joined 5 years ago before Covid. Friendly, happy, eager to help, even a choice of doctor. It’s now 2026. Negotiating the booking system requires nimble phone number dialling 40-50 times at 08::00-5seconds , or using the Acurex online method that uses a crystal ball and a dart thrown into a calendar.nThe reception staff no longer care, often quite rude, and out of your 10 minute allocation with a GP , you spend half of that time as he reads through different notes by the 3 different doctors you saw previously. Leaving you barely enough time to tell them where the pain is.nNo wonder people are using their savings to pay £120 for a REAL appointment at the Spire.
Gave them 5 stars a couple years ago.nnGone straight down since. My partner has had numerous awful experiences.
Recently moved up from London, and went to register to winterurn and partners surgery, was told I had to register online, so I asked the receptionist to help me with registration as the web site was unclear she wasn't helpful and to be honest, didn't really care... So I won't be registering there if that's the service you get on arrival. Perplexed!!! id say.
I've always had a great experience at this surgery. Staff are helpful and welcoming. They always respond to my concerns promptly.
After making a phone call enquiring about a blood test for prostate was told stay by your phone has doctors needs to contact you no phone call came after 2 days received a text from surgery saying doctor will contact me in 14 days time. This is a joke needless to say I’ve cancelled the phone call and won’t bother now
