We have recently sold our house and bought a property through Milburys. The whole Milburys team have been excellent throughout; professional, responsive, proactive and insightful on the local market which really helped our sale and purchase. A special mention for Tina who has been our key contact from valuation to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and Tina also helped with several chasers between solicitors in the chain to keep things moving. We are really impressed with Milburys and would use them again without hesitation.

A very positive process with Milburys from start to finish. My initial interest was sparked from the way the property was presented, very clear description and photographs. A viewing was quickly arranged and from that viewing I felt I was able to make an offer. I spoke to Leyla and she was super efficient getting the ball rolling and my offer was accepted. I had a few problems with my solicitor but Leyla and Tina thank you both for all your help ensured things would go smoothly by keeping an eye on their actions.  Thank you, it was a pleasure dealing with Milburys.

As usual Milburys in Chipping Sodbury have done a fantastic job with the sale of our home. Tina in particular has been brilliant and has made the long and sometimes stressful process a lot easier for us to manage. The house sold quickly but it is the service after that is more important and Tina kept us updated and went above and beyond to make the move happen as smoothly as possible. Recently purchased via Milburys- Chipping Sodbury. Leyla was warm and welcoming at the viewing as well as knowledgeable. After this she was open and honest about the process that would follow which allowed us to consider what our next steps would be. Throughout the process she communicated in a timely manner with us and was happy to answer any questions. She also put us in contact with local solicitors who offered us quotes. We ended up using one that she had arranged Foxfield and were over the moon with the service Fiona provided us. As first time. Purchasers we were well looked after and felt that our needs were valued. I would highly recommend buying via Milburys.

A breath of fresh air. Milburys are professional, efficient and provide a very personal service.  With the current property market I was struggling to find a rental for myself and my family and Milburys helped me immensely in matching me with the right property in a timely manner.  They took all of the stress out of the entire process and I am so impressed with the service I have received from them especially from Jude Bragg and Jonathan Churchill, many thanks to the lettings team.

Milburys Chipping Sodbury are a superb outfit, I would advocate anyone looking to list or purchase a house through them. Paul and the team are a pleasure to deal with, they are always on the end of the phone/email or return return calls promptly which is all you can ask for. 5 stars

Leyla and Tina did a great job of keeping me up to date with the goings on in our very complex chain. With hindsight I was probably very persistent in asking for updates but Tina and Leyla always helped to ease my nerves by responding quickly to calls and emails. Would definitely recommend them!

Milburys did a very good job making sure that the sale was progressing and of keeping me informed of developments. I felt that the house particulars could have given more details about the property, perhaps even more important as there was only the opportunity to view the property once before bids were asked for. Otherwise it has been a positive experience and I found all Milburys staff to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Milburys have been fantastic throughout the process. I purchased my first house with them.  Both Paula and Rachael have been excellent! I couldn’t recommend anyone better

This was a protracted and stressful move but Milburys were very supportive and much more use than my solicitor for good comms and updates during the process. They gave info on the whole chain, not just that either side of me in the chain. They also gave good advice when we were in uncharted territory.
