We had the pleasure of dealing with Hunters Yate in buying our first home. We were really impressed with the quality of their service. From start to finish, they were there for us whenever we needed to speak to them. Not just that, they made sure the processing go smoothly and communicated effectively so that we were in our comfort zone. Sharon is truly a professional and add a personal touch to her service unlike some of the other estate agents. I cannot recommend her enough. After an initial meeting with Rob I used Hunters to sell my house. He ran through all the steps carefully and explained what would happen and the costs. My friend was also selling her house and we were having a house share so we both used Hunters and we’re so glad we did. Sharon became our main point of contact. She did several viewings for me and managed to sell the house subject to contract on the same day. We had a lot of trouble buying our new home NOT being sold by Hunters! and Sharon was magnificent keeping us sane and reassuring us that all would be well. She was always available to take our many calls and texts on her days off, weekends and even when she was on her holiday! The whole team were always there for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.
Our experience with Hunters estate agents has been amazing! We are first time buyers and we've had a rough experience with trying to buy over the last 2 years. Sharon who dealt with our purchase was fantastic through out the whole experience. She answered all our questions even on her days off, she very friendly but also professional. It was very stressful but we got through it! A massive thank you to Sharon and the rest of the team at Hunters!!
We bought our home through Hunters. They were really friendly and informative through the many property viewings we had. Even when we were looking at switching property they we understanding and polite. Sharon particularly was really easy to speak to throughout the whole process. Would use them as our selling agents next time.
I have sold two properties with Hunters and both times I could not fault their service. Sharon & Rob were both a pleasure to deal with, highly professional, and communication was fantastic. I would not hesitate to use Hunters again, and would recommend them to everyone.
I have used the Yate branch on several occasions and can say that the whole team are excellent but most of my contact was with Sharon who was available to take calls or emails almost any time of day and nothing was too much trouble for her. She had a wealth of knowledge and knows exactly what she is doing. She made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend Hunters in Yate.
